Virtual View n Pack Service

This is our turn key service especially for customers with very high value and/or fragile items to be able to virtually view and inspect their packages via a live camera.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Based on a preset date and time appointment, customers will be able to view and inspect their package/s as we open them on live online camera.  During the inspection period, EZPZ Express will also advise customers if additional packaging should be included to ensure that the inspected package/s are packed sea worthy. If customers agree to additional packaging in order to protect their item/s during shipping, another appointment will be set up so customer can witness the repackaging process.

WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE OPTIONS AND FEES?

1) Virtual Inspections: pre-sold in 15 minute blocks at USD50 per block. EZPZ Express will advise minimum blocks required for particular inspections. E.g Mattress inspections will have to be purchased in minimum of 30 minutes. Customers do not have the option of “extending” pre-sold inspection time during the live video appointment as payment can not be processed at the warehouse.

  • Visual inspection: EZPZ Express will open the package and customer can do a virtual visual inspection, no removal of contents from box – this is so there will not be need for  our repackaging handling fee. Repackaging supplies can be added if applicable.
  • Full inspection: EZPZ Express will fully open the package and take out items from packaging. Inspection does not involve  any operational testing of item. With full inspection, repackaging fee will be required. Repackaging supplies may be required on case by case basis.
  • Repacking inspection: This service is optional only to customers purchasing visual inspection. EZPZ Express will repackage item/s via online live feed to customer on a preset appointment time and date.

2) Repackaging Handling Fee: USD 15 per 15 min block of full inspection purchased.

3) Repackaging Supplies: Prices will be quoted to customer based on the specific type of repacking supplies recommended to customers. E.g Peanuts, bubble wrap, brown paper, new sturdier box. Packaging tape and 1 fragile/heavy sticker per package is complimentary.
